Invitation to Contribute Creative Work
The Truly Co. invites artists and photographers to submit original works of art for consideration in our upcoming projects including Truly magazine (print and digital) and other online formats that integrate faith, theology, and the arts.
Submissions are open to artists whose work reflects Christian themes, theological reflection, or beauty consistent with our mission and beliefs. While our written submissions are reserved for women, we do consider imagery and artwork produced by men for selection where fitting.
Acceptable Media:
Submissions may include, but are not limited to: paintings, drawings or illustrations, mixed media and textile works, and sculpture or installation art. All physical mediums must be submitted as high-resolution digital images for which you hold permissions.
Requirements:
Your submission must be sent as a high resolution digital image(s) of the work (less than 5 MB). For painted and tangible media, please include your artwork title, medium, and (if applicable) dimensions of the work in the appropriate fields, in addition to a brief artist statement about your artwork.
Artists submitting work affirm they hold the rights or have obtained all necessary permissions for the submitted artwork and grant The Truly Co permission to reproduce, publish, and use the work in future printed materials and/or online resources.
Selected artists and photographers will be notified by email and credited wherever their work appears. Please note that submitted works may be retained in The Truly Co. archives to be considered for current or future projects.
By submitting work, the artist or photographer acknowledges that participation is voluntary and uncompensated, and that inclusion in any Truly Co publication is offered as an opportunity for artistic and spiritual collaboration rather than paid engagement. Artists and photographers retain full copyright to their work.
