REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable. If an incorrect product is shipped, we will refund or exchange at the customer’s request. If a product arrives damaged beyond reasonable shipping handling, please contact us to discuss your situation.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing times are listed on individual product pages. All orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS unless otherwise noted on product page.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address for accuracy prior to placing your order. The Truly Co. can not be held responsible for incorrectly delivered items due to shipping addresses being entered inaccurately. If you notice on your receipt that your shipping address is incorrect, please notify us immediately so that we can attempt to make the correction on our end, although we can not guarantee a change of shipping address once your order has entered processing. If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrectly entered address the cost of reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Truly Co. is not responsible for custom taxes and fees on international orders, and may not ship physical goods outside of the U.S.
