BONUS: We have also included downloadable “I am thankful for…” documents for a Thanksgiving activity. Print enough documents according to the number of guests you have, and place them at each place setting at your Thanksgiving table (don’t forget to have pens available!).

Encourage each guest to pause and consider what they are thankful for, and have them write their answers. Write as much as you want in the given space. Young kids might want to draw a picture, so have crayons available.

Spend some time going around the table discussing what each person wrote. When you’re done, you can do what you wish with these notes! One idea is to save them in a three ring binder to keep together, and reflect on in years to come.
